FAQ: Why are the rules so strict to get a trial? This seems like overkill man...
Two reasons: 1. Each trial costs us money as we cover your exchange fees, so we want to make sure everyone that gets a trial account is sure they want to evaluate the software. One way to make sure we get motivated trials, is to create some "hoops" to jump through. This rids us of many "low interest" trials. 2. The support will be limited for trials, so we want everyone to have as good a chance as possible to see all the features of Livevol Pro™. That makes the movie extraordinarily important. |
